I bought a 2023 Tahoe with a 6.2 engine with 11,000 miles and I had the Chevy recall and even though Crivelli did not sell me the truck they are always my dealership of choice. They took my Tahoe in perform the recall and got it back to me very quick. Everything was A-OK. That’s the dealership. I trust they always treat me right.

Everything was very good except that I wish that I new ahead of the purchase that the car came from Virginia and had an awful looking license plate holder that was screwed into the bumper. 351 miles and 2 screw holes I should have looked closer, I would have picked a different car.

Made a appt for oil change, tire rotation and a problem with the tire pressure system...took 3 1/2 hours.....the 1 tire that keeps losing air pressure was never looked at.....so here it is....5 days later...tire low pressure light is back on....putting air in it...... not real happy about it

Had a bacd water pump got it changed what I didn’t like is when I paid my bill was, theidea that she had me sign three different forms one for the water pump one for the oil change one for the coolant yet only would give me one copy I believe I should have gotten a copy of everything that i signed an mentioned that still she only said I get the one never haven’t signed anything that I didn’t receive a copy of to me seems a little shady

George Crivelli offered to end my 2024 Trax lease 6 months early and put me in a 2026 Trailblazer 3 yr. lease. Jim Hanshaw located one in the color I preferred and I picked it up Monday Dec. 1st. The transition was smooth with the help of Carla and Jim. George helped me with the OnStar interview and went over all the features in the Trailblazer to make sure I knew how to operate my new vehicle. James from service helped to connect my smartphone to bluetooth and I was all set to drive my new Trailblazer home. The entire experience was easy and everyone involved was friendly and helpful. A truly 5 Star performance!

Waste of my time and money. Worst service I’ve received. The classless Service Manager, Tommy, was a rude, worthless, waste of space. I hope he chokes on a dick. Waited until after 4pm to call and tell me my vehicle was ready after “shuttling” me after drop off. The fat, brain dead, piece of shit told me the shuttle only goes one way, forcing me to walk back to the dealer in a thunderstorm to retrieve my vehicle. Why any self-respecting business owner would allow him to represent their business is beyond me, let alone even employee him. Needless to say I won’t be back, and Tommy belongs far away from customers. Judging by his health, he won’t be around very much longer and he can go to hell.

Absolutely horrendous, service department is a joke. Took my car in twice in less than a week, due to it overheating. Left the car idle for more than an hour in the garage, didn’t overheat- once I got in the car to take it home (less than 5 mins) car overheated again. Maybe you guys should just closed down since you don’t give a shit about customers.
