Forgot to reset the brake pad life on the info data on the dash board. I have to take my vechile back in to the shop for another day for reset. Inconvenience once again. It even specifies in the owners manual that the info number 333 must be reset when new brake pads are installed.

This was Wednesday afternoon. Received an email Thursday morning from Daryl that he was able to get the part. My car was fixed on Friday morning (my day off). Very satisfied!! Thank you!

The guy that’s always at the service desk, I’m assuming is the service manager. Everytime I go there he acts like I know nothing because I’m a woman. He was basically reprimanding me in front of two other customers because he thought I needed to get an oil change sooner and was telling me I was going to blow my engine up. Even though I went in there for an oil leak and he told me that it was leaking from the oil filter and surprisingly enough the last time I had an oil change done was there.

I bought a 2023 Tahoe with a 6.2 engine with 11,000 miles and I had the Chevy recall and even though Crivelli did not sell me the truck they are always my dealership of choice. They took my Tahoe in perform the recall and got it back to me very quick. Everything was A-OK. That’s the dealership. I trust they always treat me right.
